Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. We assess your issue and give you a clear quote at no charge. You only pay if you decide to proceed with the repair.

What if the repair costs more than quoted?

It won’t. We stick to the price we quote. If additional issues are found during repair, we discuss options with you before doing any extra work.

Do you charge if you can't fix it?

No. Our policy is simple: if we can’t fix the problem we diagnosed, you don’t pay for the repair. You may only pay a nominal diagnostic fee if agreed upfront.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Does the price include parts?

Labor is included in all flat rates.Physical parts (screens, hard drives, memory) are priced separately and quoted before ordering. 

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fees. Just give us a heads-up if you need to reschedule and we’ll happily accommodate you.
